So I thought it'd be a good idea to start doing some introductions around here, just so folks know who's who and what we do - being as I'm suggesting it, I'll go first.

I'm Adam, aka Phyreseed, and I'm the founder of SacTownPyros. I started performing around 1999-2000, initially with LED poi (nothing fancy like the ones you get in stores - just LED lights and ballchain). My first live burn was at Burningman 2000 (maybe '01?) when my good friend (and personal Hero) Nhatt handed me her poi and lit them up.. this first burn is the image on my business cards, and the rush of excitement I got during and afterwards is my prime reason for fire performance.

I currently perform only with poi, and use 4" single- and double-wick cylindrical poi that I got from homeofpoi.com. I also have a set of virgin 4" cathedral wick (single) poi that I have yet to burn. I intend to expand this collection to include fireballs and torches for my juggling routine.
